It’s officially spritz season at V’s House! We have 2 new cocktails, our Saigon Spritz and Passion Spritz. The Saigon Spritz is our take on a Limoncello Spritz with a hint of lychee, topped with Zonin Prosecco Rose. The Passion Spritz is everyone’s favorite so far! It’s an Aperol Spritz enhanced with passionfruit and mint, for the ultimate tropical escape!

Sushi Tuna Ponzu Sashimi

Ladybug Roll: Spicy imitation crab, cilantro, jalapeno, wrapped in tuna and topped with wasabi cream and ponzu.

The Ladybug Roll is a classic at V’s House! It originated from our sister restaurant, Pho V Noodle House, in Bedford, Texas. It is a perfect appetizer to prime your stomach for all the delicious and fresh sushi we have to over. The Ladybug Roll is light and refreshing, perfect as Texas heats up!

Matcha Mango Coconut Milk

Sunshine Matcha: Dona Ceremonial Matcha, Housemade Mango Compote, Thai Coconut, Milk, Golden Sugar

The Sunshine Matcha is a tropical escape to paradise! We use Dona’s ceremonial matcha sourced from either Kyoto, Kagoshima, and Shizuoka, Japan. The housemade mango compote is complimented by the sweet and creamy Thai Coconut, to make a decadent and rich matcha latte, while preserving the bright flavors of our matcha.

Iced Velvet Latte: Espresso, Aerated Whole Milk, Golden Sugar

This is my current obsession, the Iced Velvet Latte. We aerated out whole milk, which adds so much depth and texture to the drink. The Iced Velvet Latte comes out light and airy, while maintaining a rich and smooth texture, necessary for any latte. We thoughtfully curated this season’s specialty menu with the dreadful Texas heat in mind; all of our dishes and drinks will revive, refresh, and transport you to paradise!
